SG 29 Haussmann undertakes to acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 10 (ten) working days from the date of its dispatch and to provide you with a response within 2 (two) months from the same date. If we are unable to meet this 2 (two) month deadline, you will be notified by post.
If you are not satisfied with the answer given or in the absence of a response from us, within two (two) months after sending your complaint, you can contact, free of charge, the mediator of the Autorité des marchés financiers, preferably by electronic form on the AMF website, www.amf-france.org/fr/le-mediateur-de-lamf/votre-dossier-de-mediation/vous-voulez-deposer-une-demande-de-mediation or by post, at 17 place de la Bourse 75082 Paris cedex 2.

Access to the complaints system and the processing of complaints are free of charge.

In the event of disagreement with the response or solution provided, the complainant may also refer the matter to the AMF Ombudsman

The Client also retains the possibility of making use of the legal remedies available to him, if he is not satisfied with the response provided by SG 29 Haussmann or the outcome of a mediation.
